1 tsp. honey, 2 tsps. apple cider vinegar, and 1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a glass. Stir until they blend well. Use: Take this drink before lunch or dinner every day for a week. After a week, take a week break then repeat for another week if you haven’t reached your weight loss goal. You can replace grapefruit with orange juice if you find its taste to bitter to bear.
