And its natural bright taste helps many people to refuse dessert. Thus, cinnamon is taken for support during weight loss diets. You can add a pinch of spices to tea or coffee, or use it as a seasoning for cottage cheese and dairy dishes.
Cinnamon is a good helper in the process of getting rid of cellulite. In order to smooth and drain the skin, and get rid of unnecessary bumps and depressions, use cinnamon masks for problem areas, and special creams with the addition of cinnamon oil. These products are easy to make at home. Take 70-150 grams of blue clay and add one tablespoon of ground cinnamon or 5 drops of cinnamon oil to this amount. Add a little warm water and stir until a very thin sour cream consistency. Then apply immediately to problem areas and wrap with cling film. You can put on a warm tracksuit over it. Keep the mask for 40-60 minutes, then take a warm shower without soap or gel. Repeat this procedure every other day, alternating with days of milk or mustard baths, the course is 15 masks, and can be repeated after a month’s break.
To prepare an anti-cellulite cream, you need to add 5-6 drops of cinnamon oil to your regular firming body cream, which can be used every day after showering.
