News : An athlete is disqualified for violating the safety distance by passing
It is amazing what has happened in the Galician Championships sub’16-sub’14 that have been held at the Galician Center for Sports Technification. The athletics expert has narrated it on social networks Oscar Fernandez. A 14/15 year old athlete has been disqualified from the 3,000 meter race for a bizarre reason. Apparently, within the Galician Federation the protocol regarding the safety distance is strict in those 1.5 meters in the background tests.
A 50-meter race
The girl in question was in a group (as in the 1,000 and obstacle races) with her opponents and it seems that the head of the Galician Federation in COVID protocol has warned her at the passage of one of the laps, but obviously at be competing and making a great effort and concentrated 100% on the test or has not even noticed. There the surreal scene has arrived. In the absence of 300 meters the athlete wants to make a change of pace to go for the medal, it turns out that the same subject jumps onto the track, goes behind her for 50 meters and stands in front and there is a tremendous mess.
This person in charge of the Galician Federation in COVID protocol interrupts his contest and the results show ‘abandonment’. After all the commotion the girl has been totally in ‘shock’ crying and a good pifostio has been rolled. To all this the judge to interrupt her and stop her obviously has not fulfilled the 1.5 meters of distance.
A 14/15 year old girl in the last 300 m of a 3000 is paralyzed by a judge (responsible for the FGA on the subject of the COVID protocol). The judge breaches the rule of 1.5, the girl loses the medal, ends up crying her eyes out. What a picture.https: //t.co/3aa0VtjcFk
