Mitch Petrus: Former Super Bowl winner dies of heat stroke at the age of 32
Football pro Mitch Petrus is dead. The former New York Giants player died of heat stroke at just 32 years old. His ex-club shared via Twitter with: "We are deeply affected by Mitch's death, our thoughts are with his family and friends."
Peter's death could probably be due to a heat wave in the Midwest that is currently bothering people in the United States. Even Peter's home state of Arkansas is affected. At temperatures of up to 40 degrees, the former football star should have done work on the family business. Subsequently, he felt uncomfortable and was taken to a nearby hospital. He died there a little later.
Petrus, who served on the offensive lineman position, celebrated his greatest success in 2011 with the New York Giants, who won the Super Bowl after a dramatic 21-17 win over the New England Patriots. A year later, he moved to the losing team before he ended his career shortly thereafter at the Tennessee Titans.
