At the MotoGP race in Assen, the first two training sessions have been completed. In the first free practice session on Friday, Fabio Quartararo was able to top the field at 1: 33.909, while in the second practice Maverick Vinales (1: 32.638) dominated the field.
In the Moto2 class, Sam Lowes made it to the finish line with a time of 1: 38.151 in the first practice, while in the second session Brad Binder had the lead with a time of 1: 37.398.
Also in Moto3 the first two training sessions were completed on Friday. In the first round, Ai Ogura beat his competitors with a top time of 1: 42.738, while Jakub Kornfeil (1: 41.782) was the fastest in the second race.

Motorcycle World Champion Marc Marquez has joined the Catalonia-Grand Prix in Barcelona secured victory in the MotoGP race. The Spaniard continued to expand his lead in the championship with his fourth victory of the season on Sunday and benefited from the bad luck of his championship rivals.
Honda team-mate Jorge Lorenzo caused in the race after a few laps for a moment of shock. The Spaniard misjudged his brakes and tore Andrea Dovizioso, Valentino Rossi and Maverick Viñales out of the race. Only 13 of the 24 riders started the checkered flag at the seventh race of the season.
Frenchman Fabio Quartararo secured his first podium finish in Barcelona in second place. Danilo Petrucci out Italy came in third as the finish.

For motorcyclist Marcel Schrötter, only seventh place went out at the Catalunya Grand Prix in Barcelona. The Oberbayer from Landsberg fought on Sunday in the Moto2 race from 12th place to the chasing group and came 14.5 seconds behind the winner to the finish.
