The messages of emotion from our athletes before returning to the ring

What a feeling! After weeks of endless sessions at home to lose as little physical tone as possible, professional athletes (and non-professionals) will be able to train outdoors again. Little by little they will be able to return to their tartans, their mountains, their favorite routes, their high-performance centers, gyms, clubs. All in due time.

At the moment the possibility of going out for fresh air and doing work outside is already a decongestion and a brutal relief. They have worked a lot at home, they have brainwashed with their trainers and trainers to devise and design ways to make the most of existing resources in their houses. And now, piano piano, they will recover somehow the normality and the sessions that they had been leading before all this exploded. Obviously, this is a mental and physical shock and it will not be easy to return to the starting point. It will probably be another start.

Motivational messages before you get out there

That is why we wanted to compile the messages that have been left by our and our athletes about the Government's decision to let go out to train from day 2 and how, in some way, they have released the tension accumulated throughout these almost two months of confinement. Because it is their work, they feel it, they suffer it and they enjoy it.

We have spent weeks looking with this face towards any change. With eagerness, emotion, hope, anguish, uncertainty, doubts, contained satisfaction ... ▪ Starting tomorrow, we will all be able to go for a walk or to play sports, adults and children, and I am happy about it. Not because of what it may imply in my preparation, but because it means a new step towards shared life, reunions and hugs. And because I think we need it and it will be good for us, body and mind. @adidas_es #hometeam #adidas #running

It is time to go out and move your legs. It has been weeks of waiting but finally, on Saturday, we will have the opportunity to take a few strides outdoors again. Let's be responsible and have common sense so that this is not temporary; And with this in mind, let's enjoy what we have so much missed. I'm ready. #readyforrunningagain #hometeam #creadoconadidas #adidasrunning

After being locked up in our homes for weeks, we can finally get out and run! ‍♀ But it is important that we do it progressively, safely and avoiding risks of injury; consciously respecting security measures ✨. Together with the @yoursportreview team, we prepared the Run to Freedom program to gradually resume activity and complementing our training with activities at home. It is 30 days and I will also be giving advice step by step. We start this May 2 !! Putting the body on target for tomorrow ‼♀ After having been confined for so many days and with almost no impact, it is very important to prepare the body to return to the race. The injury has taught me that the lap should always be progressive and working all the muscles that we will need for practice. Therefore, it is important to muscle our soleus and cufflinks and reintroduce small impacts. Tomorrow let's head OUT WITH RESPONSIBILITY. #resionesdeiones #deporteencasa # morning #running #responsibility #phase0 #conganasdevolver

We have been preparing all these days, alone but as a team, for this moment. On Saturday we will finally be able to go outside to run and we are looking forward to it! Of course, we must continue to be patient, because we know that there is still a long way to go until we can do it again as quickly and with as good company as before. Let's continue to be responsible for our own health and that of the rest as we have been until now. And of course, let's enjoy every stride. There will be time to give many more. I am ready for running! @adidas_es #hometeam #readyforrunning #readyforsport
