My BEFORE and AFTER

Hello, well, I’ll start with the exciting anthropometric data:

  • weight 48.5 kg
  • height 158 ​​cm
  • 27 years
  • husband
  • son 2 years old

After giving birth, I lost almost 12kg. But I didn’t just lose weight. For 10 months I found my body … In the literal sense …. Earlier thought that genes are fucking … and now I finally found my true body !!!! It’s cool, beautiful, strong! And we will look for yours ????))))

Before giving birth, I always weighed 60 kg with a height of 158 cm, and never thought that I had something extra somewhere. I felt great, I was proud of my voluminous bust, and I didn’t blow in my mustache that someone might not like my “slightly” fat legs … In the photo I am 21 years old …

And then 22 turned!

And here 22…. Horror! Horror!! What is this backpack in front ????

This is not for the faint of heart …. No clothes !!!! Fu! Poke my eyes out !!!! But nothing, nothing … But AFTER then it will be more pleasant to watch))))))

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Here I am 23 years old, and I even seem to myself quite bearable … I remember that just that summer I was running !!!! About sports, you work wonders !!!!

Well, quite nothing …

So! Now almost 25 years and 3.5 months of pregnancy … .. Somehow I already have a lot ….

Oh yo! Here is the fifth month …

7 month

Almost before childbirth… .Yes! I had obvious polyhydramnios!

During pregnancy, I gained about 11 kg, after giving birth, almost immediately weighed my legal 60 kg, but they already looked terrible: I had a huge belly, dispersed abdominal muscles, and I decided to start a fight and become a candy.

I realized that there is nowhere to postpone, and we must start to be beautiful now, or never, because after the second child, muscles certainly cannot be collected in a heap. At the age of three baby months (I had a cesarean, so not earlier), I barely began to practice in the evenings on an elliptical trainer.

Now I already understand that the intensity was at zero, so the results were almost invisible: it took about 1 kg a month, but it was very little noticeable (I hadn’t rebuilt food yet).

Then at 7 months of age summer came and I started running at the stadium: in the evening for 40 minutes, also at a “snail” pace. But the result has already gone more vigorous: I began to weigh 54 kg and look quite tolerable, already almost a girl, but I was losing weight all over: both fat and muscles left.

I ran for three summer months, and thought about the gym. My husband stuttered for a long time that he wants to see a beautiful round ass on me. But at 11 months old, continuing to breastfeed, I had a very hard time imagining how I could allocate time for the gym (we live in a village, and we need to take a bus to Voronezh). But my husband took the initiative into his own hands and signed me up for training. And so I ended up in the gym. The coach wrote me a program and I started FUCKING. The first months are not …
